It’s also about the needs of Educational Institutions & Corporate Organisations…
As schools and universities who are nurturing your students to support them on their journey from one stage to the next…
… and as employers with talented young people entering your spaces, how do you navigate spaces with students and graduates in your communities? How do you support your early talent to be their best?
Research from McKinsey & Company published in 2022 describes how Gen Z see the world of work… with trepidation. More specifically, it notes that “Youth can be an exhilarating time but also one of high anxiety, as young people struggle to establish themselves economically and find their place in society. While each generation may encounter struggles and doubts as they join the workforce, Generation Z (for the purposes of this research, aged between 18 and 24 in 2022) has entered the working world during a global pandemic and amid concerns over rising inflation rates, recession fears, geopolitical conflicts, and climate change.”
For this and so many other reasons, it is clear that being purposeful with how you work with your students and your early talent will be beneficial for your organisation’s goals.
Connecting with Your Career And Future can help with that.
