Gina is an inspirational coach who delivers real value in a learning setting. Gina ran a short virtual session for my group of 5 mentees as part of the BITC Cross Organisational Mentor Scheme. Our session was focused around networking and Gina asked insightful questions to gain an understanding of the group, their needs and objectives.
